Vans Protec Pool Party (part 2.)

I have been commissioned by Vans, to paint Steve Caballero's personal helmets for the last 2 years, for this competition. This year I was asked to paint all of the 8 trophy helmets. I am very lucky and honored to have participated in this event. It was such a great treat to get to see all the guys from The Bones Brigade compete among their peers and to see all the young pros as well, those dudes were amazing! It was also nice to take my older brother Jason, his girlfriend my lil cousin and my girlfriend Nicole. Big huge thanks to my homie Arie at Vans for hooking me up with this gig!!! Caballero sporting his helmet I did for him last year.

Vans Protec Trophy Helmets (Part 1.)

Sorry for the delay in posting these. I'm still recovering from the hell I went through to get these helmets done for the 2012 Protec Pool Party.

POWER PLANT x UNIF

Did this a month ago for a bike that Power Plant built for Unif clothing company. The original art was done by a graphic artist from Unif and was done with ink pen and watercolor. It was a challenge to get the 1 Shot enamel to work and look like water color paint... I had a good time with this one.
